Oscar®-winning actor-producer Riz Ahmed and actor Allison Williams announced the 95th Oscars® nominations today (January 24), live from the Academy’s Samuel Goldwyn Theater via a global live stream on Oscar.com.
This year nominations is a set of strong films covering many genres.Top Gun: Maverick may be the film to break action and adventure films as Oscar® worthy. Angela Bassett exceptional performance in Avatar: The Way of Water. There are many older actors with their first time nominations from Brandon Fraser in Whale to Jamie Lee Curtis (her fabulous hair included in the announcement) Everything Everywhere All at Once.
