Working together with the directors, crew while keeping the audience and contestants in mind they develop a set that provides the sensory experience.
The anxiousness, nerves, and competition felt in the set design. His focus with the set design is taking the story and style of the environment to experience. This draws the audience, crew, and more into the full feeling.
Connelly’s background provides him with the visual aesthetics on stage to convey the feelings, beauty, and functionality. His parents were architect and art teacher. He participated in theater in High School and graduated from college with a fine art degree.
He faces new challenges with every new season on the set. He sees behavior is the result of environment plus personality. He sees the artists’ personality journeying through the hallways and The Voice brand as the environment. There are real stories with each artist. The set creates the feelings and storytelling. This is how he focuses the set design each season.
The new set takes a team effort, without changing the spinning chairs. He is grateful for the team he is working with on the show. He has served on the Peer Group at the Television Academy since 2008 and is on the Academy Governor’s Board. His talent and insight to aesthetics bring this Emmy winner to the Creative Arts Awards again.

Seth Green, actor, and Matthew Senreich created this comedy hit. The series uses action figures and incorporates pop culture parodies. The story draws in audiences of all ages by using the past and present pop culture references.
The team enjoys working together on the series-together. The ability to work with such a creative topic that draws in from pop culture makes this fun instead of work. The work continues to grow and improve each season. Thanks to the talent on the show and the many actors and actresses that take part.
This is the longest running series for Adult Swim on Cartoon Network. The team works hard to keep the stories creative and not become pigeon-holed. They said each day is successful with the crew because they fed off each other’s positive energy and uniqueness.

Lim has been acting since the age of nine. His performances include Independence Day: Reassurance, Fresh Off The Boat, and Growing up Fisher.
His current character, Zack, who is reserved and plays the guitar. This provides him the opportunity to create a character that is opposite of his outgoing nature.
“The ability to play characters that are different from his personality and life is the best part of acting,” he says. Working to capture each character he plays is a lot of fun. The crew and actors he works with providing him with great insight into performing his best.
He finds the ability characters have to make an impact on other’s lives a value he cherishes. Hearing from those watching the show that let them know they have been able to overcome a fear means a lot.
His advice to those looking to get into acting is, “do this because you have passion and love for the art. Looking for fame and fortune will not make the hard work, long hours, and dedication fun.” He does this because he loves this. He loves capturing the emotions and characters. His mother taught him to remember at the end of the day you must be happy.
His best advice to making each successful is to smile. At the end of the day, his favorite thing is to go home and hang out with his friends. See him perform Meghan Trainor Like I’m Gonna Lose You Acoustic Cover by Megan Lee ft. Lance Limhere. He has some future projects in the works.

Amber Nash joins us on the red carpet at the Emmy® Creative Arts Awards. Her character is Pam Poovey on FX Networks’ Archer. This show allows her to be apart of a smart dirty show.
Nash’s background is comedy, theatre, film, and voiceover. Improv is an important part of her acting world. She continues as time permits to give at Dad’s Garage in Atlantic City. She loves being able to read the audience and respond to the actors on the stage. Moving to a studio setting where she is alone was a change.
Nash said, “it has taken me some time to adjust to the setting after being in the theatre. I am now able to accurately predict how my co-actors will sound and act in each script. My improv training really helped with the adjustment.”
She discusses how much fun and lucky she is to play Pam. Her character is able to say some of the most, “dirty, terrible, horrible things. The writers create such smart content. I love how smart it is. I have to look up references with every script. I am able to learn about the world.”
The fans love Pam and Nash loves her fans. She discussed how important each one is to the show. She said, “some fans even have Pam tattoos.”
She looked fabulous in Adrianna Papell gown, a designer we both enjoy because of her feminine touch and attention to the woman form.
Archer took home 1 Emmy at The Creative Arts for Outstanding Animated Program.

We wanted Nina Simone’s life to show us the story.” The film became just that her story.
