This runway continues with a purpose to empower women with his designs. His runway presents one that is full of diversity and creativity. De La Torre brings his whole heart to the runway.

He got down on one knee on the runway at the end of his show and audience proposed to the love of his life, Evette Smith. She said, “yes,” while holding their daughter Vivienne. The audience sipped Notorious Pink Rosé and shed a few tears as the couple hugged on the runway. This was one of the biggest finales in Style Fashion Week history. Last year he announced the gender of his baby on the runway at Style Fashion Week Los Angeles.

His runway with Style Fashion Week is a part of what he knows is, “sweat and struggle for art. Imparting a brutally honest vision of hood influences, west coast appeal and Chicano culture, Mario approaches his designs with an open mind and the intent to empower women.” Fashion has been his first passion, but he was fearful of judgment that initially leads him on the path to financing. This climactic moment was a perfect ending to his fall-winter collection, purpose. The collection continues to empower and with a wide open mind. The runway covers men, women with great diversity. One year ago she was working the challenges on America’s Next Top Models (ANTM). She’s dream was to appear on ANTM and work the runway. There was a height requirement in seasons past. She was just a little shy of the need for the last season. Tyra Banks saw something in the 5’5″ model.

Capra works hard and focuses on the challenges on ANTM. She has a major look change and takes it in stride because this is her dream. She gains a following that loves seeing this young model make her dream come true. This experience is a fabulous opportunity for her. It is heartbreaking for viewers when her time ended too soon on ANTM.

She continues to focus on her goal of modeling and makes it very successful. She says, “I turned to my faith, family, and good friends to pick myself up. I learned a lot about myself and modeling. I knew this was my dream and I love the work.”

Capra has done just that. She graces the runways, the cover of magazines, red carpets and more. She commands the runway as if she is taller than life. Her runway shows have included Art Hearts Fashion Week, Metropolitan Fashion Week, LA Swim Week, and more. She is often called the flower Child Virgin and her flower brand, “Bloom by Ava.”

Her mother, Ann Marie, states, “Ava has worked hard to stay focused, true to herself, and is making her dream come true.” Her mother states it best. Capra during the last year after leaving ANTM accomplishes a lot. Tyra Banks saw something in Capra, but she continues to shows that something special. She brings a strong determination to fashion, runway, commercial, and beauty making her dreams come true.

Chimowitz found a great couture fashion show in the Warwick Paris Hotel. This event was beautiful fashion and people. A celebration of love to the art of design, fabric, and fashion.

The runways continue to bring the top fashion styles for autumn winter 2018. Balmain, also known as Balmain’s Army, takes the sheer look to the next level. Olivier Rousteing, Artistic Director, young and intuitive brings sexiness and sleekness to the forefront with sheer pants, blouses, and coats. He brings honor to the founder, Pierre Balmain, he brings the tradition to a real true modern futuristic level. Rousteing is in tune with the younger generation and aware of the power social media plays in today’s world (he has a following of 4.7 million on Instagram).

Issey Miyake brings texture and dimension to the collection perfectly layered for any autumn winter weather. This collection is innovation, creativity, and new fabrics. The texture uses various uses of feathers, furs, folds, and stitching. The use of new fabrics is really creative. He uses folds and manipulating the fabrics to add volume to the styling of each look. Yoshiyuki Miyamae, Creative Director, stays true to his reputation with this collection. The collection is full of textures creating a winter full of energy and texture.

Yohji Yamamoto’s collection is to a long time friend, Azzedine Alaïa, he passed on in November 2017. Alaïa was an independent couture designer, one of the top designers of the 20th and 21st century. The collection brings both designers together with the strong presence of black (a signature color for both designers). The styling brings a fine the line of life and death. The clothing presents a definition of strong powerful lines with the abstract use of the cuts, exceptional tailoring, and fabrics. The end results you can question if this Paris collection brought Yamamoto a great sense of his lifelong friend’s presence and love even after death.

Calvin Klein’s chief creative officer, Raf Simons, brings the past and the future together for autumn winter 2018. Simons presents a runway reminiscent of a 19th-century farm with futuristic clothing at the New York Stock Exchange.

The runway presents to take the audience a back to a time when winters were harsh and required survivability. The fashion brings a strong sense of winter and cold. The sweaters are an upgrade from the big loose sweaters to a more tight-fitting look.

The menswear in the collection has the stylish dual squared button-secured front pockets and larger collars. There is a strong layering continuing with turtlenecks and several coats on some of the models.

The coats for the collection come from the firefighter coats they wear when fighting a fire. They are longer to cover more during the long cold winter days. The accessories include stocking ski caps that are hand-woven cover the head, ears, and some of the face. Gloves are a nice addition. They cover mid-forearm for continued protection from the winter winds. The runway, covered with popcorn, adds to the sense of a fluffy winter wonderland.

The womenswear runway collection brings a strong futuristic feel to the 19th-century clothing. Taking the older cuts and fabrics bringing them to the modern world. A favorite women’s piece is one where the older collar cut and the fabric made into a sexy pantsuit.

Simons, a Belgian fashion designer, continues to change the look and feel of Calvin Klein. His shows continue to be the talk of the town and a big influence. He takes bold statements and stories creating a collection that is a strong runway. He is challenging fashion in new ways. He states, “I don’t want to show clothes, I want to show my attitude, my past, present, and future. I use memories and future visions and try to place them in today’s world.” He has accomplished that with this autumn winter 2018 collection.

Rocky Gathercole brings the house of cards down the New York Fashion Week (NYFW) runway. Gathercole presents his latest collection at Art Hearts Fashion Week. This collection is a deck of cards that includes thirteen ranks of each of the four French suits.

Gathercole is a designer who as a teenager could not get a job as a janitor but he focused and achieved his dream of fashion. His designs now dress the top celebrities in Hollywood. His creation worn by Katy Perry, Paris Hilton, Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez, Britney Spears, Thalia, CeeLo Green, and more. Gathercole states, “I was a kid back then trying to make it through this harsh world, and a much harsher fashion scene. But with the help of the Almighty, a mentor and of course, much hard work, I finally made it. I’m a fashion rebel which just mirrors my personality. ” His runways always come with intense design and beauty.

This collection continues with the intense designs. He brings the deck of cards to men and womenswear. The first piece down the runway is a fringe head to mid-thigh fringe with a heart shaping one eye. Let lady be your luck tonight! The fringe continues including playing cards. He brings a sense of the joker for the menswear with a pleated collar made from various colors of cards. There is a fashion for any occasion including red carpet.

The queen of hearts is the most impressive piece in the collection. She is dressed head to toe in red. The crown is bedazzled with red stones. The gown is for exceptional for any fiery and fierce queen.

Zimmermann hits the New York Fashion Week (NYFW) autumn-winter 2018 runway with a dedication to the earth, Victorian, and strong women. This fashion collection takes a step to Westworld with the tones, colors, unbridled beauty, and western styling.

The collection brings a strong sense of powerful women during the Victorian period. The fabrics include wool, sartorial, and buttery leather. These fabrics brought a masculinity feel while keeping it feminine the strong presence.

The styling is very earthly taking a woman to the strength she possesses and the power to embrace the freedoms a woman should enjoy. Hats tie over the shoulder, bomber jackets, riding pants, shearling coats, over the knee boots, and the glamorous boots show her soft feminine side while being tough for what the wilderness hold.

The designs are strong Victorian with a hint of the 1980s. The earth tones draw in the southwestern US and soft colors bring a romance to the fashion. This collection brings a strong modern edge to the old. Nicky Zimmermann takes a little step from her traditional bohemian fashion, but there are hints if you look real close to some of the pieces you will see the ruffles and crocheting. Simple and pure really add to the earthy look.

The Dream Angels collection will feature the champagne simmering tones styled, The fantasy bra is “glamorous and glittering and weighing more than 600 carats, the Champagne Nights Fantasy Bra took almost 350 hours to create and is embellished with nearly 6,000 precious gemstones.(Victoria’s Secret)” The bra is created by world-renowned jeweler Mouawad. This jeweler’s creation has added style since 1890. They have five Guinness World Records. They are the official partner for this year’s fashion show.

Victoria’s Secret fashion show presents a beautiful runway with various collections. “Victoria’s Secret is the leading specialty retailer of lingerie and beauty products, dominating its field with modern fashion-inspired collections, prestige fragrances, body care, celebrated supermodels and world-famous runway shows.”Victoria’s Secret, a lingerie company started by Roy Raymond. He set up the store after being embarrassed to buy lingerie for his wife. It is the place to create a very intimate and personal style.

Last years fantasy bra worn by Jasmine Tookes valued at 3 million. This bra is included in the Bright Night Angel collection included the $3 million dollars. Her talents bring art, awareness, and fashion together. This collection brings forward the genocide of the Khmer people and the fashion we create from animals.

House of Honee brings full styling and design to the inspiration for the spring-summer 2018 collection. Each runway piece is style specific to the clothing design. This collection continues to present an industrial design background to her runway collection. She incorporates this in her fashion. The material used for this collection are unconventional and materials creating sculptures.

Persona states, “The Killing Fields collection is about the genocide of the Khmer people, and of all the atrocities committed in the name of ethnic cleansing. We adorn ourselves with beautiful products that come from animals, like silkworms and sheep, etc.. And ingest them as food. Yet, we ourselves are the animals within who are capable of committing heinous acts for dominance and/or joy against the animals and our own kind. Let’s ask ourselves, who are the real animals?”
